SpotlightKit

SpotlightKit is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps professionals consistently build visibility without feeling cringe or spending hours writing. Each week, you log 3–5 “work receipts” (wins, metrics, customer quotes, shipped features, lessons learned). The app turns them into polished internal updates (Slack/Teams-ready), a manager-friendly weekly summary, and a public-facing LinkedIn draft—each with the right tone and level of detail. It also tracks who engaged, which topics resonate, and reminds you when you’re going quiet. This is not a magic “get promoted” button; it’s a structured system for documenting impact and distributing it in the channels where decisions get made. The goal is simple: reduce the gap between doing good work and being recognized for it.
