SpotlightOps is a web + mobile operations app for small-to-mid circus and variety productions that need to coordinate people, props, cues, and safety checks without a full production office. It combines a lightweight run-of-show builder with a shared call sheet, prop/rigging checklists, and incident logging that’s actually usable on a noisy load-in. Stage managers can assign tasks ("set aerial hoop", "check mat placement"), track completion in real time, and push last-minute updates to performers and crew. The AI layer helps convert messy notes, texts, or PDFs into structured run sheets and checklists, and flags obvious conflicts (e.g., performer double-booked, insufficient reset time). This is not a replacement for pro theater software; it’s a pragmatic tool for touring troupes, pop-up events, and venue nights that need reliability more than perfection.
