SpotterSync

SpotterSync is a mobile + web app for gymnastics coaches and gyms to standardize spotting and progressions for skills. Coaches record short, structured “spotting cards” (hands placement, key cues, common fails, prerequisites, and when to stop) and attach them to a skill library and athlete level. New staff can quickly learn how your gym spots a back handspring, giants, or vault progressions without relying on tribal knowledge. The app includes quick checklists for warm-ups, station setup, and safety notes, plus a simple sign-off flow so head coaches can approve what’s taught. It’s not a replacement for certification; it’s a consistency tool that reduces miscommunication across shifts, substitute coaches, and multi-location gyms. Expect pushback from coaches who dislike documentation—so the UX must be fast, voice-first, and practical.
