SprayProof is a mobile + web app for small organic and sustainable farms to record, verify, and export spray and input logs that stand up to certification audits. Farmers quickly log applications (what, where, rate, weather, operator) with offline-first mobile entry, photo receipts, and field maps. The system flags common compliance issues (missing re-entry interval, unapproved inputs, incomplete lot IDs) and generates audit-ready PDFs in the format certifiers expect. It also supports shared access for crews and consultants, with immutable change history so records look trustworthy. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps parse label photos/receipts into structured entries and suggests required fields, but the core value is reliable, standardized recordkeeping. Realistically, it won’t replace a full farm management platform; it wins by being the simplest “audit log” tool that actually gets used daily.
