SprayScout

SprayScout is a mobile + web app for discovering street art with one practical twist: it prioritizes “still there” accuracy over pretty feeds. Users can log sightings of murals with timestamped photos, GPS, and a quick condition/status check (intact, partially buffed, gone). The app builds a reliability score per piece and per contributor, so the map stays useful instead of turning into a graveyard of outdated pins. Artists can claim profiles to add context, preferred credit, and links, while curators and tour guides can assemble walking routes that auto-refresh based on recent confirmations. It’s not trying to replace Instagram; it’s a utility layer for people who actually go outside to see work. Monetization is realistic: city passes for curated routes, and lightweight B2B for tour operators and local arts orgs.
