It pulls schedules, census, acuity proxies, and historical call-out patterns to flag “red shift” risk 24–72 hours ahead. Instead of trying to replace your scheduler or EHR, it sits on top and answers one question: where will you be dangerously short, and what’s the cheapest safe fix? It suggests actions like float pool requests, incentive shift offers, cross-unit swaps, or agency escalation based on facility rules. The mobile view is built for charge nurses and supervisors: quick risk dashboard, one-tap broadcast to available staff, and a post-shift feedback loop to improve forecasts. Realistically, it won’t magically solve staffing shortages; it helps you stop being surprised and reduce last-minute chaos, overtime, and unsafe ratios.
