StaffSense

StaffSense is a web-based executive SaaS that acts like a Chief of Staff for CEOs. It securely connects to email, calendar, Slack/Teams, cloud docs, KPI dashboards, and meeting transcripts to build a living “executive brief” of what matters. Each day it delivers decision summaries, risk flags, and delegation gaps: stalled initiatives, unowned commitments, missing follow-ups, conflicting priorities, and emerging strategic threats. After meetings, it generates a one-page decision log with owners, deadlines, and dependencies, then monitors signals across tools to detect drift. A “What You’re Missing” feed highlights weak signals (customer churn hints, pipeline slippage, hiring bottlenecks) and suggests next actions. StaffSense includes a private CEO workspace, board-ready weekly summaries, and a lightweight approval flow so the CEO stays in control of messaging and assignments. Built as an AI+traditional hybrid with strong security and audit trails.
