StageMeter is a mobile + web AI app that helps stagers and listing agents quantify whether staging actually moved the needle. It standardizes “before” and “after” capture (same angles, lighting guidance, room labels), then tracks key outcomes: days on market, showing volume proxies (open house sign-ins/imports), price reductions, and final sale-to-list ratio. The app generates a simple ROI report per room and per listing, with photo comparisons, a staging scope summary, and a client-ready PDF link agents can forward to sellers. It also builds a private benchmark library so a stager can say, credibly, “In your zip code and price band, staged listings sold X% faster.” This is not magic: it won’t guarantee causality, but it will produce consistent evidence and better client communication—what most stagers currently lack.
