StageProof is a mobile + web app that helps performance artists and venues document ephemeral work in a way that’s actually usable for grants, portfolios, and disputes. You capture a performance with guided multi-angle recording, timestamped consent forms, and a simple “score” upload (notes, cues, props, duration). The app automatically generates a compact evidence package: metadata, credits, location/time verification, releases, and a curated 60–120s highlight reel. It also creates a shareable private link for curators and funders with view tracking and optional password access. This is not trying to be another social network; it’s a professional documentation workflow that reduces admin chaos and prevents lost footage, missing permissions, and unclear authorship. Monetization is straightforward: subscriptions for artists, and team plans for venues/festivals that need consistent documentation across many acts.
