StageReady is a mobile + web app (AI + traditional) that helps dancers and choreographers tighten routines fast. You record a run-through, then the app auto-splits it into counts/8s, labels sections, and generates a simple “notes timeline” you can share with the group. Instead of vague feedback like “the chorus feels messy,” it lets you pin notes to exact timestamps (spacing, timing, energy, facings) and assign them to specific dancers. It also supports versioning: upload v1, v2, v3 and instantly compare what changed. This is not a magic ‘teach me to dance’ app—quality depends on good video and consistent framing—but it can realistically cut rehearsal cleanup time and reduce miscommunication. Monetization: team subscriptions for studios/college teams, plus per-project links for freelance choreographers.
