StageSignal

StageSignal is a web app (with a lightweight Slack add-on) that monitors CRM deals and sales activity to detect “stage drift” and forecast risk early. Instead of generic pipeline scoring, it compares what should be happening in each stage (stakeholders identified, mutual plan created, next meeting booked, legal started) against what is actually happening across email/calendar activity and CRM fields. It flags specific gaps (e.g., no customer meeting in 14 days, single-threaded champion, pricing sent but no follow-up) and recommends the smallest next action to restore momentum. Managers get a weekly “risk board” with explainable reasons, not black-box scores, plus coaching prompts for 1:1s. Reps get private nudges and a one-click “update CRM” flow to reduce admin. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes signals and generates coaching prompts, while rules/benchmarks keep it predictable and auditable.
