StageSwitch

StageSwitch is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that acts as the “control room” for hybrid events. It centralizes run-of-show, speaker readiness, slide control, sponsor cues, and audience engagement into one timeline that both on-site and remote teams can follow. Instead of juggling Zoom/Teams, a slide deck, a chat tool, and a spreadsheet, producers get a single operator view with clear handoffs: who’s live, who’s next, what asset is needed, and what the audience sees. Remote speakers get a simple “green room” link with mic/cam checks, countdown, and one-button join. The app doesn’t try to replace your streaming platform; it plugs into what you already use and reduces coordination mistakes that make events look unprofessional. It’s built for reliability and clarity, not flashy “metaverse” features.
