StageSync is a web + desktop companion app for small-to-mid live productions to manage run-of-show, cues, and real-time team coordination without the bloat of enterprise broadcast tools. It combines a cue list, timecode/clock, and role-based “what’s next” views for director, TD, audio, lighting, and stage manager. The core value is reducing missed cues and miscommunication when teams are understaffed, freelance, or running hybrid events. It supports quick show templates, offline-first operation, and a lightweight local network mode so venues with bad internet don’t kill the workflow. AI is used only where it’s reliable: converting scripts/Google Docs into structured run-of-show and auto-generating cue checklists. This is not a replacement for pro switcher software; it’s the coordination layer that sits above existing gear and apps.
