StageSyncXR is a production control app for immersive theater that synchronizes audience-triggered moments across audio, lighting, projections, and AR overlays. It’s a web + mobile combo: a web dashboard for stage managers and a mobile companion for floor staff to scan QR/NFC checkpoints, confirm scene readiness, and push cues. The system logs every trigger, delay, and device status so you can actually diagnose why a moment failed instead of guessing. It supports simple “if-this-then-that” branching (e.g., if Group B is late, swap to fallback scene) and timecode-based playback for repeatability. This is not a consumer AR toy; it’s backstage software that reduces show risk, improves consistency, and makes complex immersive runs feasible with smaller crews. Integrations focus on common theater tech rather than experimental hardware.
