StallWatch

StallWatch is a mobile + web app that predicts whether a specific charging stall will successfully start and sustain a session right now. Instead of just showing “available” vs “occupied,” it combines recent user check-ins, session start-failure reports, charging curve anomalies, and network status signals to produce a simple “Start Confidence” score per stall. Drivers can scan a QR code at the site (or select the stall in-app), attempt a plug-in, and report outcomes in under 10 seconds. Fleets and frequent drivers get reliability alerts for their usual routes, plus a lightweight dashboard that highlights chronically failing locations and times. This is not glamorous: it’s a reliability layer on top of messy infrastructure. The value is saving people from wasting 20–40 minutes at broken or derated chargers and helping operators see issues sooner through aggregated, structured evidence.
