StayOrGo helps employees evaluate counteroffers realistically and quickly. You enter your current comp, the external offer, and the counteroffer terms. The app then forces clarity: it scores risk factors like trust damage, role scope drift, manager history, layoff likelihood, and whether the counteroffer is written and time-bound. It also models the most common outcome people ignore: many counteroffers are short-term patches, so it projects 6–18 month scenarios (promotion odds, future raises, and exit probability) and shows the expected value of staying vs leaving. A guided script builder helps you negotiate cleanly (e.g., “put it in writing,” “define title/level,” “effective date,” “severance clause”) without burning bridges.
