StdGap

StdGap is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns safety standards into a living evidence map. Instead of writing policies and hoping they match ISO/OSHA/industry requirements, teams import a standard (or select a template), then link each clause to real artifacts: training records, inspection photos, maintenance logs, SOPs, and incident actions. The app highlights missing or stale evidence, assigns owners, and tracks due dates so audits stop being a last-minute scramble. An AI assistant can suggest likely evidence types per clause, summarize uploaded documents, and flag contradictions (e.g., SOP says monthly checks but logs show quarterly). It’s not a “magic compliance” tool—users still need real processes—but it makes gaps obvious early and keeps proof organized continuously.
