StdPulse
StdPulse is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that continuously checks network and infrastructure configurations against common standards and internal baselines, then generates audit-ready evidence packs. It connects to firewalls, switches, routers, cloud networking, and identity systems to pull configuration snapshots on a schedule, normalize them, and run policy tests (e.g., insecure ciphers, weak SNMP, open management ports, missing logging, drift from golden configs). The output is a simple control map: what passed, what failed, when it changed, who approved it, and the exact config lines as evidence. It also tracks exceptions with expiry dates so “temporary” waivers don’t become permanent. This is a traditional app with AI-assisted features: AI helps translate plain-English requirements into test rules and summarizes changes for auditors, but enforcement logic stays deterministic to avoid hallucinations.
