SteamSleuth

SteamSleuth is a web + mobile AI-assisted industrial efficiency app focused on steam systems (traps, leaks, insulation, condensate return). Plants waste serious money on steam losses, but most teams only run periodic audits and then forget. The app combines a simple field workflow (QR-tag assets, quick inspection forms, photo/audio capture) with lightweight analytics that estimates loss cost using plant-specific inputs (steam pressure, fuel cost, operating hours). It generates a ranked fix list, assigns work orders, and tracks verified savings after repairs. It’s not a “digital twin” fantasy—just a practical system to keep steam maintenance continuous and accountable. Integrations are optional: start with CSV import/export, then connect to CMMS later. The goal is to turn scattered trap surveys into an always-on program that survives staffing changes and budget cycles.
