StemLedger

StemLedger is a web app (with optional desktop sync) that helps musicians and small studios stop losing track of song versions, stems, splits, and credits. You upload a session export or a folder of audio files, and it builds a structured “release record”: stems list, version history, tempo/key notes, collaborators, and who approved what. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used only for practical metadata extraction (detecting duplicates, naming stems, spotting missing files, and generating a clean credit sheet), not for making music. The app produces export-ready deliverables: label/aggregator metadata, PRO-friendly credit sheets, and a shareable approval page for collaborators. This is not glamorous, but it solves the boring chaos that delays releases, causes credit disputes, and makes reworks expensive. Pricing would be per project or a small monthly plan for active creators.
