StepProof is a web + desktop companion app that turns real work into clean, repeatable procedures. It records a user’s on-screen actions (clicks, fields, URLs, timestamps) while they complete a task in tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or internal admin panels, then generates a step-by-step SOP with annotated screenshots and redacted sensitive data. Teams can version procedures, assign owners, and publish “approved” runbooks for onboarding and compliance. The AI layer helps summarize steps, detect missing prerequisites, and suggest decision points (e.g., “if customer is enterprise, do X”). The product is intentionally narrow: it focuses on high-churn operational tasks where documentation is always outdated. It integrates with Slack/Teams for quick access and with ticketing systems to attach the right procedure to recurring issues.
