StepSync is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) built for blended families to reduce day-to-day conflict around schedules, rules, and handoffs. It combines a shared custody calendar, automated reminders, and a “house rules” agreement space where each home can document expectations (bedtime, screen time, chores) without turning it into a legal battleground. The AI layer summarizes long message threads into neutral action items and flags likely conflict triggers (e.g., last-minute changes, missed pickups) so parents can address issues early. It also generates kid-friendly weekly plans that don’t expose adult drama. This is not therapy and won’t “fix” relationships; it’s a practical coordination tool that makes routine logistics harder to mess up and easier to prove. Monetization: subscription per family, with optional add-ons for extra guardians.
