SterileShift

SterileShift is a web app with optional tablet support for regenerative medicine labs to standardize and prove aseptic technique during cell handling, media changes, and tissue processing. It replaces ad-hoc SOP PDFs and tribal knowledge with step-by-step, role-based digital runbooks that require timed confirmations, instrument/lot capture, and deviation logging. The app generates audit-ready batch packets (who did what, when, with which materials) and flags common failure patterns like repeated glove-change misses, out-of-window incubator door openings, or expired reagents. It’s not a magic “quality” button—if a lab’s culture is sloppy, the app will expose it and create friction. But for teams scaling from R&D to early GMP-like discipline, it provides practical guardrails without a full MES rollout. Includes lightweight analytics to correlate deviations with contamination events and batch failures.
