StewardPulse

StewardPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that continuously monitors master data quality across systems and flags issues that actually matter: duplicates, invalid references, drift in key attributes, and suspicious changes by source. Instead of trying to replace your existing MDM, it sits alongside it and provides a “data steward command center” with prioritized alerts, root-cause hints, and lightweight workflows to assign, approve, and document fixes. It connects to common sources (Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP extracts, Postgres) and builds a living catalog of critical entities (customer, product, vendor) with configurable rules and thresholds. The product is realistic: it won’t magically reconcile everything, but it will reduce firefighting by catching breakages early and making accountability visible. It’s designed for mid-market enterprises that can’t afford a full-scale MDM overhaul but still suffer daily from bad master data.
