StillLedger

StillLedger is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that helps meditators and contemplatives measure real-world outcomes of practice without turning it into a gamified streak contest. Users do a 30–60 second check-in before and after sits (mood, agitation, focus, compassion, sleep pressure), then log a short “insight note” or voice memo. The app visualizes correlations over time (e.g., which practices reduce rumination, what time-of-day works, what triggers regressions) and offers a simple weekly review that turns notes into a personal “rule of life” you can actually follow. Optional AI summarizes themes from your notes, flags recurring triggers, and suggests small experiments (e.g., switch technique, shorten sits, add walking meditation). It’s designed for secular mindfulness users and religious practitioners alike, with private-by-default storage and zero social feed.
