StillSwitch

StillSwitch is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that detects high-stress moments using passive signals (calendar load, notification bursts, screen time spikes, optional wearable heart-rate) and triggers a 60–180 second “interrupt” you pre-approve: breathing, grounding, or a micro body scan. The core is not a huge meditation library—it's a context-aware switch that helps you actually do mindfulness when you need it, not when you remember. Users set rules like “after 3 back-to-back meetings” or “when Slack pings spike,” and choose interventions that can run silently with haptics and minimal audio for office settings. The app tracks whether you complied, how quickly you recovered, and which triggers are most predictive, then simplifies your rules over time. It’s realistic: it won’t ‘fix anxiety,’ but it can reduce spirals and improve recovery time with measurable behavior change.
