Users scan a barcode or label, the app parses the ingredient panel, estimates stimulant load, and logs timing to predict crash windows and sleep impact. It also flags risky stacks (e.g., multiple high-caffeine servings, stimulant + certain meds) with plain-language warnings and links to reputable sources. The core value is a personal “stimulant budget” that adapts to body weight, sensitivity, and sleep goals, plus a simple recommendation engine for lower-jitter alternatives. This is an AI + traditional app: AI for label parsing and personalized insights, traditional for tracking, alerts, and data integrity.
