Stipulink

Stipulink is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps lawyers and self-represented parties convert settlement terms into court-ready stipulations and proposed orders. Users answer a guided questionnaire (jurisdiction, case type, parties, key terms, deadlines), then the system assembles a clean draft using jurisdiction-specific templates and clause libraries. It tracks redlines, captures e-signatures, and packages a filing bundle (stipulation, proposed order, exhibits, proof of service) with a checklist tailored to the court. It also logs negotiation history and generates a plain-language summary so clients understand what they’re signing. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for clause suggestions, consistency checks (dates, amounts, defined terms), and risk flags (missing mutual releases, ambiguous payment triggers), but users stay in control with strict “no hallucinated law” constraints and template locking.
