StitchProof is a mobile + web app that helps buyers, resellers, and repair ateliers verify luxury leather goods using high-resolution photo capture and a “repair-grade” inspection checklist. Users photograph specific zones (stitch lines, edge paint, glazing, hardware engravings, heat stamps, lining, serial areas) guided by on-screen overlays. The app generates a structured authenticity dossier: annotated images, measurements, condition grading, and a tamper-evident share link for marketplaces or private sales. It’s not magic—counterfeits can still slip through—but it dramatically reduces the most common failure: poor evidence and inconsistent checks. The product also includes a lightweight repair/conditioning history log so items carry verifiable provenance over time. Monetization: per-dossier fees for consumers, and subscription seats for resellers/repair shops who need repeatable workflows and exportable reports.
