StockPulse

StockPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small-to-mid wholesalers and distributors who keep losing sales because inventory data is stale, fragmented, or “massaged” in spreadsheets. It connects to your existing ERP/WMS (or imports CSVs) and creates a single, near-real-time view of available-to-promise stock by SKU, location, and committed orders. Sales reps get a simple search-first interface to quote confidently, reserve stock, and generate a clean pick/pack request without calling the warehouse. Ops teams get exception alerts for negative inventory, oversells, slow movers, and inbound delays. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to detect anomalies, predict stockout risk, and suggest substitutions based on historical ordering patterns. The goal is boring but valuable: fewer backorders, fewer angry customers, and faster order cycles.
