StockPulse

StockPulse is a web app (with optional mobile scanner companion) for small-to-mid businesses that are too small for a full ERP but too busy to run inventory in spreadsheets. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, and QuickBooks, then generates practical reorder points using recent sales velocity, supplier lead times, and current on-hand counts. The AI component flags “silent killers” like fast-moving SKUs with long lead times, duplicate SKUs, and items that look in-stock but are actually committed to open orders. It also produces a weekly “buy list” you can approve and send to suppliers via email/PDF, plus simple cycle-count tasks to keep counts honest. This is not trying to replace NetSuite; it’s a lightweight layer that makes inventory decisions less guessy, reduces stockouts, and prevents cash from being trapped in slow movers.
