Buyers get consistent listings, clear condition scores, and a simple negotiation flow that doesn’t devolve into chat chaos. The app is not trying to beat the biggest resale players on breadth; it wins by being selective (brands, price floors, regions) and by reducing seller effort to near-zero. It’s realistic because it can start city-by-city with partner studios for photography and authentication, then expand based on unit economics. Monetization: take rate per sale plus optional expedited payout and pickup fees.
