StockSculpt

StockSculpt is a prescriptive analytics web app (with optional mobile companion) for small-to-mid retailers and DTC brands that already have sales data but still reorder by gut feel. It connects to Shopify, Amazon, Lightspeed/Square, and common ERPs, then recommends what to reorder, when, and how much—while explicitly balancing cash constraints, supplier lead times, MOQs, service-level targets, and storage limits. Instead of just forecasting demand, it produces an actionable purchase plan and flags the tradeoffs (e.g., “prevent 92% of stockouts but ties up $38k cash”). It also simulates scenarios like supplier delays, promo spikes, and price changes, and generates a weekly “buy list” that can be approved and pushed into POs. This is not magic: it will only work well if data is clean and lead times are maintained, and the app should make that painfully clear.
