StockSentinel

StockSentinel is a web + mobile app for public-sector health systems to track essential medicine availability across facilities and flag stockout risk early. Facilities submit a simple weekly count of a short “essential list” (e.g., antibiotics, ORS, insulin, vaccines, test kits). The app auto-detects anomalies (sudden drops, suspiciously flat numbers, late reports), forecasts days-of-stock, and generates a prioritized redistribution plan between nearby sites before procurement can catch up. It also produces audit-friendly reports for district and national managers: reporting compliance, lead times, and chronic under-supply by SKU and facility. This is not a magic “end-to-end supply chain” replacement; it’s a lightweight layer that works with messy realities (paper, WhatsApp, intermittent connectivity) and focuses on the 20% of items that cause 80% of harm when missing.
