StockSentry

StockSentry is a web app (with optional Shopify app embed) that reduces the most expensive dropshipping failure: selling items your supplier can’t actually fulfill. It connects to your top suppliers (starting with AliExpress/DSers-style sources, CJdropshipping, and a generic “scrape + rules” connector) and continuously monitors SKU availability, price changes, and shipping method shifts. When stock drops, shipping times spike, or prices change beyond your margin threshold, StockSentry automatically pauses the product, updates variants, or pushes alerts to Slack/email. It also logs evidence (screenshots/HTML snapshots) so you can dispute supplier issues and diagnose churn-causing delays. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to normalize messy supplier listings into consistent SKUs, detect “fake in-stock” patterns, and predict risk of late delivery based on historical signals. It’s not glamorous, but it prevents chargebacks and ad spend waste.
