StockSignal is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for SMB retailers and DTC brands that can’t trust sales history because stockouts and low inventory distort demand. Instead of treating “zero sales” as “zero demand,” it reconstructs true demand by combining inventory levels, stockout windows, lead times, and basic marketing signals (campaign dates, price changes). The app produces a practical forecast plus reorder recommendations that account for service levels and supplier constraints. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, and common ERPs via CSV/API, then flags SKUs where forecasts are unreliable due to sparse data. This is an AI + traditional app: AI is used for demand reconstruction and anomaly detection, while deterministic logic handles reorder points and constraints. The goal is fewer stockouts and less dead stock without hiring a data scientist.
