StorePulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that verifies and optimizes thermal storage performance for buildings with hot/chilled water tanks, ice storage, or PCM systems. It connects to BMS/SCADA data (BACnet/IP exports, Modbus gateways, or historian APIs) plus utility tariffs, then calculates charge/discharge cycles, round-trip efficiency, avoided peak demand, and comfort impacts. The core value is measurement & verification (M&V): it produces defensible reports for facility managers, ESCOs, and incentive programs, and flags common failure modes like stratification loss, sensor drift, and control sequences that never fully charge. It also recommends simple schedule changes (e.g., pre-cool windows, charge thresholds, lockouts) and estimates savings before you touch controls. This is not a “magic AI optimizer”; it’s pragmatic analytics that reduces wasted capex and makes storage projects financeable.
