StoryForge

StoryForge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps candidates build, practice, and recall high-quality STAR/CARE interview stories fast. You paste a resume bullet, project notes, or a rough brain-dump; the app guides you through targeted prompts to extract situation, constraints, actions, metrics, tradeoffs, and lessons learned. It then generates multiple story variants (behavioral, leadership, conflict, failure, ambiguity) and a “story map” that links each story to common question types. During practice, you get timed drills and a one-page “recall sheet” that makes it easy to retrieve the right story under pressure. It’s not a magic ‘get hired’ bot—your content still matters—but it removes the biggest prep bottleneck: turning real experience into repeatable, interview-ready narratives.
