StorySwitch

StorySwitch is a mobile app that turns make-believe into short, playable story episodes kids can shape in minutes. A child picks a setting (space diner, haunted library, jungle band), chooses 2–3 characters, then records or types what happens next. The app generates a few age-appropriate “switches” (plot twists, challenges, funny props) and simple role-play prompts to keep the imagination moving without endless scrolling. Parents can set age level, reading level, and strict content boundaries; the app also offers offline “printable prompts” for screen breaks. Stories save as a shareable “storybook” with optional audio narration by the child. This is not a full game engine—it's lightweight, repeatable, and designed for 5–10 minute sessions that actually get used. Monetization: freemium with a monthly pack of new worlds, characters, and classroom modes.
