StratPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that turns corporate strategy from quarterly PowerPoints into a living execution system. It forces teams to define a small set of strategic bets, the assumptions behind them, and the leading indicators that prove (or disprove) progress. Each bet has an owner, a cadence, and a “kill/scale” decision date. The app pulls lightweight signals from existing tools (Jira, Salesforce, finance exports) and prompts owners to update only what can’t be automated. An AI layer summarizes weekly progress, flags metric drift, and highlights assumption violations with evidence links. The core value is brutal clarity: what are we doing, why, what must be true, and what changed this week. It’s not a BI tool and not OKR wallpaper; it’s an accountability and decision-making loop for strategy.
