StreakForge is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that turns boring internal goals into lightweight, fair, team-based streaks. Instead of individual leaderboards that demotivate most people, it uses small squads, rotating “streak captains,” and anti-gaming rules (proof prompts, random audits, and cooldowns) to keep engagement real. Managers set 1–3 measurable behaviors (e.g., daily standup posted, PR reviewed, ticket updated, outreach logged) and the app converts them into streaks with escalating rewards and “save tokens” earned by helping others. It’s not trying to be a full performance tool—just a behavior layer that sits on top of existing systems. Expect pushback if it feels like surveillance; the product must emphasize opt-in, transparency, and team benefits. Pricing is per active user with a free tier for small teams.
