StreamAudit is a mobile + web app that connects to your email inbox (or forwards receipts) to detect streaming subscriptions, price hikes, annual renewals, and free-trial expirations. It builds a simple “cost vs. usage” dashboard by letting users optionally import viewing history exports (where available) or manually log what they watched in under 10 seconds. The app then recommends what to cancel, what to downgrade, and what to rotate monthly, with reminders timed before billing dates. It also flags duplicate subscriptions across family members and suggests the cheapest legal way to watch a specific show (buy, rent, ad-tier, or rotate). This is not a magical universal watch-tracker—most services won’t share data—so the product wins by being brutally practical: receipts + reminders + simple decision support that saves real money with minimal setup.
