StreamDeacon

StreamDeacon is a web + desktop app that helps small and mid-sized churches run reliable online worship with volunteer-friendly automation. It provides a guided “service runbook” that triggers scenes, lower-thirds, lyrics, pre-roll, and donation prompts at the right moments—without requiring an experienced producer. The AI layer turns a simple service outline (songs, scripture, sermon, announcements) into a timed cue sheet, suggests transitions, and flags common streaming risks (audio clipping, dead air, missing slides). It integrates with OBS via WebSocket, supports RTMP output to YouTube/Facebook, and includes a lightweight “health dashboard” that warns when bitrate drops or audio is muted. This is not a replacement for full production suites; it’s a practical control layer for churches that keep failing at consistency week to week.
