StreamLedger
StreamLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small studios, labels, and independent distributors to track where their video content is published, what rights were granted, and whether reported views and payouts make sense. It ingests monthly statements from platforms and aggregators (CSV/PDF exports), normalizes them into a single dashboard, and flags anomalies like missing territories, sudden RPM drops, duplicate uploads, or content appearing outside licensed windows. An AI layer helps map messy statement line-items to titles/episodes, auto-detects likely mismatches, and drafts dispute emails with evidence attached. This is not a magic “recover all lost revenue” tool—many platforms provide limited data and disputes can be slow—but it can save operators hours per month and catch obvious leakage early. Pricing should target teams managing 20–2,000 assets, where manual reconciliation becomes painful but enterprise tools are overkill.
