StreamShep

StreamShep is a web app plus a lightweight mobile companion that makes online worship streaming reliable for small-to-mid congregations that rely on rotating volunteers. It provides a guided “service runbook” with one-button scene switching, pre-service checks (audio levels, internet stability, battery/power), and automatic failover recording if the stream drops. The app integrates with YouTube Live and Facebook Live, but focuses on reducing the chaos: it shows a simple checklist, warns when audio is clipping, and prompts volunteers at the right moments (welcome, sermon, closing). After the service, it auto-generates chapters and a basic replay page you can embed on the church site. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for chaptering and speaker/segment detection, not for anything doctrinal.
