StressLedger

StressLedger is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that treats stress like a personal experiment instead of vague journaling. You log short “stress events” in under 20 seconds: trigger, intensity, context (sleep, caffeine, workload, social), and what you did to cope. The app then runs simple, privacy-first analyses to show which triggers reliably spike your stress and which coping actions measurably reduce it for you (not for an average user). It nudges you to run tiny A/B tests—e.g., “no caffeine after 2pm” or “10-minute walk after meetings”—and tracks outcomes over time. It also offers a lightweight check-in and a weekly report you can export for therapy or coaching. This is not a meditation library; it’s a feedback loop for behavior change with evidence from your own data.
