StressLedger

StressLedger is a mobile + web app that treats stress like a measurable budget. Instead of vague mood logs, users quickly record “stress transactions” (meeting, commute, doomscrolling, family conflict) with intensity, duration, and context. The app then shows weekly “stress statements” that reveal the biggest recurring triggers, the true cost in hours, and the highest-ROI changes. It includes short, evidence-based interventions (2–7 minutes) matched to the trigger type (e.g., pre-meeting breathing, post-conflict decompression, sleep wind-down). A lightweight AI layer summarizes patterns and suggests realistic experiments (“Move recurring 1:1s to afternoons,” “Block news after 8pm”) without pretending to be therapy. It’s brutally practical: if users don’t log, the app becomes useless—so it focuses on fast capture, reminders, and clear payoffs. Monetization: $6–$10/month plus optional employer plans.
