StretchProof

StretchProof is a mobile AI + traditional app that turns recovery and stretching into a short, trackable habit with real feedback. Users pick a goal (tight hips, post-run calves, desk neck, post-lift mobility), then follow 5–12 minute routines. The phone camera checks basic form (angles, range, tempo) and flags common mistakes like bouncing, collapsing knees, or over-arching the back. It adapts plans based on soreness, training load, and consistency, and it keeps things realistic: if you skip, it shortens the next session instead of guilt-tripping. It also includes “micro-stretches” for work breaks and a simple pain/soreness log to spot patterns. This isn’t a medical app; it’s a practical coach for people who know they should stretch but don’t know what to do—or do it wrong.
