It centralizes shift-based picket scheduling, location assignments, member check-ins, incident logging, and rapid broadcast updates. A built-in “needs board” tracks essentials (signs, water, legal hotline cards, ride shares) and matches volunteers to tasks. The AI layer turns messy field notes into structured incident reports, flags recurring safety issues, and drafts concise daily summaries for leadership and members. Offline-first mobile mode supports spotty connectivity on picket lines, then syncs when back online. This is not a public social network; it’s a controlled, role-based operations tool designed to reduce confusion, improve turnout, and create defensible documentation if disputes arise later.
