StrokeSentry

StrokeSentry is a mobile AI app for swimmers and coaches that turns a single smartphone video into actionable technique feedback. You record a 10–20 second clip from the pool deck, pick stroke and distance, and the app auto-tracks body landmarks to estimate key metrics like head position stability, hip drop, kick amplitude, stroke rate, and timing asymmetries. It then generates a short “fix list” with 2–3 drills and cues, plus side-by-side comparisons across sessions so athletes can see if changes actually stick. It also supports coach workflows: tagging athletes, sharing annotated clips, and building a simple weekly technique plan. This is not magic underwater biomechanics; it’s pragmatic, above-water analysis that’s good enough to catch common errors and keep athletes consistent between coached sessions. It’s designed for age-group to masters swimmers who want feedback without expensive filming setups.
